Composition of the original music of the long feature-film "La Moitié du Ciel", directed by Abdelkader Lagtaâ and produced by Christophe Stathopoulos (DGDP Productions).
The movie is inspired by the book "La Liqueur d'Aloès", written by Jocelyne Laâbi.
Synopsis : In the 70's in Rabat, Morocco, Jocelyne, a 28-year-old French teacher, is married to Abdellatif Laâbi, a 29-year-old Moroccan poet, with whom she has two children. Abdellatif, director of the opposition magazine Souffles, creates with his friend, Abraham Serfaty, the clandestine revolutionary movement, Ilal-Amam. In January 1972, Abdellatif and Abraham are arrested. From this moment begins the battle of prisoners' women against institution to set their husbands, their sons and their brothers free.

"Half the Sky" was selected to be screened for the closing event of the Panorama des Cinémas du Maghreb et du Moyen-Orient, which is a famous festival on the Maghreb and Middle-East Cinema.
It took place in Paris, France, at the Institute of the Arabic World, on April 19th, 2015.
